Lokesh Kumar Lakhotia has almost 12 years of experience in training domain. A management graduate by education and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, he has worked with industry leaders like Bharti Axa and Bajaj Capital Group. His experience spreads from setting up training function to Life Coaching and Quality Education. He has worked closely with HR function in his capacity as a Life Coach with many organisations. He currently works as a Life Coach helping people managing their challenges related to their life by means of training programs, individual counselling and alternate therapies.

His journey to training started several years ago as he started looking for answer to perceived limitations of human performance. Firm believer of phrase “Anything is Possible”; Lokesh started looking for the answers to his concerns about human potential. His experiments in real life proved to him that complete metamorphoses of a person to achieve whatever he wanted to achieve was possible, and he felt need of developing a model that could be used to replicate the success. His search took him to spirituality and he joined and remains an active member of Shrimad Rajchandra Aatma Tatva Research Centre.

He also discovered several models existing in Human Excellence training that answered his quest to achieve excellence. His next challenge was to bring high quality and affordable Human Excellence training to India as programs abroad were very expensive. He worked with several psychologists & other international trainers to create a very strong foundation for our training programs. The efforts bore fruits soon enough and now we have thousands of satisfied trainees who have been able to transform their life with the help of our training.
